Details: Submission of an expert report, which supports the plaintiff's case is required under Chapter 74, Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code. Both plaintiff and defense attorneys must be conversant in understanding the intent of the statute, its elements and how to argue against the sufficiency of the report. This MCLE program presents both sides of expert report analysis under Chapter 74, along with case examples for both sides of the bar. Join Beth Janicek and Richard Wagner for an introduction to and analysis of various elements of an acceptable and unacceptable expert report under the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code.
